My name is Todd Phelan, and I'm the owner and operator of Beyond Blue Pool Service. I've been fortunate to experience various occupations in my life, including being an E.M.T, fire fighter, heavy equipment mechanic, as well as a respiratory therapist for Mayo Clinic Hospital and Hospice of the Valley. Ten years ago I did some soul searching and decided to start my own business. I asked myself what profession I could incoprate all the skills I excel in, as well as still be able to do what fulfills me - helping others, fixing things to perfection, and leaving people in a better place than when I met them. Beyond Blue Pool Service was established shortly thereafter, and has been built on integrity, honesty, strong ethical values, and old school customer service. I have loved every minute of my journey since.  

I'm very much a perfectionist, which I feel is necessary when working as a swimmimng pool expert and technician. I want your pool to be in optimal condition and performing as efficiently as possible. If I'm on a service call to diagnose the issue with your pool and find two other items of concern, I find it my responsibility to make you aware of these items. In situations such as these, I always take the time to explain your options for repairing any concerns with your pool in language that you can understand. It's always your choice in how you proceed, but I will always provide the support in explaining what needs to be done as a priority, and what can perhaps wait. I've never met a pool that I haven't been able to make significant improvements to. 

Operating my own business gives me great pride and joy. You will notice this in my strong work ethic, as well as in the high level of customer service I provide. I consider myself "old school" and always make myself readily available to my clients. I'm very responsive with communication and want you to be a customer for life.
